This thirty storey tower completes the last remaining piece of a site designed to accommodate three residential buildings. Standing out amongst the towers that define Bay Street north of Queen Street, the three storey podium provides appropriate urban scale at street level defined by a dramatic black metal folding form. The podium encompasses retail at grade and extensive luxury indoor amenity spaces on the second floor. Above, the tower is articulated with projecting balconies framed by a solid precast concrete wall that incorporates a pattern of coloured spandrel glass openings. A roof-top garden and amenity space is defined by a dramatic overhanging roof.
