In order to optimize the development potential of this site in Liberty Village, a 28-Storey live-work tower is placed at its far east end. The aesthetic of the existing building is repeated in the framed openings of the six-storey retail and office podium. On the podium’s roof, a large terrace provides expansive views of the waterfront. The tower is shaped to match the geometry of the site’s intersecting street grids, creating a dynamic addition to the area’s skyline.
